Storzu brings a storefront and day-to-day business operations into one hosted platform for small businesses. Sellers can list products or services, manage inventory and variants, process orders and bookings, and handle invoices and customer messages from a dashboard. It is aimed at solo and small businesses, including retailers, restaurants and service providers. Stores can be shared through web links, WhatsApp, Instagram and QR codes, with web and Android access available.

The free-forever plan includes an online store, WhatsApp order links, direct UPI payments and email support. Growth costs ₹199 monthly or ₹1999 annually and adds a custom domain, online payments on eligible accounts and customer OTP checkout. Growth Plus costs ₹299 monthly or ₹2999 annually, adding Design Studio, advanced analytics and priority support. Pro is ₹599 monthly or ₹5999 annually; it adds full visual customization, dedicated priority support and stay and resort booking tools. Prices are in INR and exclude GST where applicable. The 14-day opt-in trial applies to paid features, while the free plan does not expire. Storzu charges no per-order commission.

Its feature mix reaches beyond product sales: merchants can manage appointments, use coupons, returns and exchanges, and send automated customer notifications. Payment integrations include Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal and Cashfree, alongside WhatsApp. Abandoned-cart email recovery and AI-assisted product listing and image tools add practical support for storefront operations. Storzu is a fit for sellers who want an inexpensive, India-oriented starting point that also handles bookings and basic operations. Businesses that need an app marketplace or broad ecosystem of extensions should look elsewhere; its published category specifications do not include an app marketplace.
