Storyblok review
A strong fit for editorial teams that need visual previews and structured APIs.

Storyblok is a cloud headless CMS for marketing and development teams creating websites, applications, and other digital experiences. Its main distinction is combining structured content modeling and API delivery with a Visual Editor for draft website previews. Editors can work with component-based content blocks, while development teams can deliver content through REST or GraphQL APIs. Localization, asset management, scheduled publishing, releases, and custom permissions make it suitable for teams managing multilingual content and defined editorial workflows.
Pricing scales through self-service tiers. The free Starter plan includes 1 space, 1 user seat, 100 GB of traffic per month, 100,000 API requests per month, and 2 locales. Growth costs $99 per month with monthly billing, or $90.75 per month with annual billing, and raises the included capacity to 5 user seats, 400 GB of traffic per month, and 1 million API requests per month while retaining 1 space and 2 locales. Growth Plus costs $349 monthly or $319.91 monthly with annual billing, adding 15 seats, 1 TB of traffic per month, 4 million API requests per month, and 10 locales. Premium and Elite are custom plans; Elite includes up to 99.99% uptime SLA.
The editorial workflow is supported by field-, folder-, and space-level localization, custom roles, granular permissions, scheduled publishing, releases, and webhook-triggered external workflows and builds. The Image Service handles resizing, format changes, optimization, and filters, while asset management covers images, video, audio, and documents. Integrations include Lokalise, Smartling, Localazy, LingoHub, Crowdin, and Figma. Choose Storyblok if visual editing and structured API delivery are central requirements. Consider an alternative if a larger included team is needed at a lower entry price.
