StoreStory is a hosted ecommerce platform for Indian merchants, including D2C brands, Instagram sellers, and local shops. It combines mobile-first storefront themes, custom domains, direct UPI checkout, inventory tracking, COD controls, analytics, SEO features, and social-selling tools. The platform is available on web and Android, with an API for integrations. Its Android vendor app supports product, media, and catalog management, giving mobile-first sellers a practical operating layer alongside the storefront.
Pricing is organized across four paid monthly plans. Starter costs ₹799 per month and includes a mobile catalog theme, custom domain, direct UPI checkout, checkout funnel analytics, inventory tracking, and the vendor app. Basic costs ₹1,299 and adds inventory alerts, a contact inquiries inbox, and a sales dashboard, while Professional costs ₹1,799 and adds Google Reviews integration, partial COD, a Media Asset Library, and one staff account. Brand costs ₹2,299 and includes premium templates, full theme configuration, SEO features, three staff accounts, and priority support. Annual billing is offered with a stated 10% saving for Starter, Basic, and Professional. Enterprise provides bespoke storefronts and marketplaces, custom admin panels and integrations, AI assistants, catalog automation, and discovery through support.
StoreStory’s strongest fit is a seller who wants UPI payments without StoreStory platform fees and needs social distribution through Instagram Shopping and Meta Commerce Catalog. Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Razorpay, and WhatsApp Business Cloud API are also supported, with WhatsApp Business Suite coming soon. AI add-ons cover product capture, copy, SEO suggestions, and image generation. Partial COD is designed for anti-RTO payment collection, while checkout analytics and inventory alerts address day-to-day commerce operations. Choose StoreStory for an India-focused, mobile-led setup; consider another platform if you need a wider established commerce ecosystem or a simpler free entry plan.
