Storedum Storefront review
A broad India-focused commerce stack with strong channels, but meaningful platform costs.

Storedum Storefront is a hosted, no-code storefront and catalog engine within Storedum’s commerce platform. It is aimed at Indian D2C brands and omnichannel retailers that need one catalog to support web sales, POS, chatbot, CRM and marketplace channels. Merchants can manage attribute-based variants, cart offers, coupons, tiered pricing, free gifts, reviews, FAQs, related products, 360-degree media and video. Checkout supports UPI, cards and cash on delivery, while RTO intelligence and COD control address operational concerns common to this model.
The Standard plan costs $129 per month and includes a hosted storefront or Shopify checkout, RTO intelligence and COD control, POS, loyalty and marketplace synchronization, marketing, attribution and analytics, with all modules included. The pricing page also lists a 3% per-transaction platform fee. Enterprise uses volume and custom transaction pricing and adds a 99.9% uptime SLA, a dedicated success manager, priority support, SSO, SCIM, advanced role controls, custom integrations, on-premise or ERP synchronization, and multi-store controls. This structure suits retailers that can justify a broad operating layer, but it is a substantial starting commitment for smaller sellers.
Channel coverage is a notable strength. Storedum lists integrations with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, JioMart, Snapdeal and Tata CLiQ, alongside Meta, Google, Shopify and Magento. Category SEO includes JSON-LD, sitemaps and redirects, and the platform offers an append-only inventory audit ledger. Developer API access, MCP and webhooks provide additional extension points. Choose Storedum when marketplace synchronization, connected retail operations and India-oriented checkout are central requirements. Sellers seeking a simpler storefront with lower fixed and transaction costs should consider a narrower ecommerce platform instead.
