Squaretalk Predictive Dialer is a cloud-based outbound calling platform for sales and contact-center teams managing high-volume campaigns. It automatically dials multiple phone numbers, detects answering machines, and connects agents when prospects answer. Campaign and list management, timezone-based dialing, local caller ID matching, dynamic scripts, scheduled follow-ups, workflow automation, outbound IVR, recording, and reporting make it suited to teams coordinating structured outreach across multiple markets. It runs on the web and Windows, with CRM connections for Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Recruit, Salesforce, Freshworks, and Pipedrive.
Pricing is straightforward for teams comfortable with annual billing. According to the vendor's pricing page, Engage costs $30 per user per month when billed annually, while the monthly version costs $45 per user per month. Both Engage listings include smart predictive dialing, intelligent outbound routing, answering-machine detection, smart lead recycling, campaign and list management, and timezone rules dialing. Maximize includes everything in Engage plus a dedicated account manager, developer support, VIP support, unlimited callers in queue, and unlimited call recording. The published plan details make Engage the value-oriented entry point, while Maximize is aimed at teams that need expanded support and higher allowances.
The product's strongest fit is an outbound operation that needs more than basic click-to-call. Multiple dialing modes, redial strategies, local presence, scripts, IVR, automation, and real-time and historical reporting provide a broad toolkit for campaign execution and oversight. CRM and API-based data connections also support teams that want calling tied to existing sales or service workflows. However, the annual Engage rate requires a longer commitment, and teams needing the dedicated account manager, developer support, VIP support, or unlimited recording must move to Maximize. Choose Squaretalk for CRM-connected, process-heavy outbound calling; consider a narrower tool if your team only needs simple manual dialing.
