Spiceform is an AI-native online form builder for service businesses, agencies and startups that want Typeform-style forms without paying extra for logic. You can describe a form in one sentence and let the AI write the questions and screens, then change it by asking in plain words. Unlimited logic jumps, multi-language forms, hidden fields with UTM tracking and instant email alerts are listed on every plan, including Free.

Beyond collecting answers, Spiceform includes a built-in CRM that turns submissions into contacts, automations that run after a form is submitted, and analytics with completion rates and per-question charts. Forms can collect payments and e-signatures, and Spiceform connects to Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Notion, Airtable, Trello and Klaviyo. It is GDPR compliant with EU and US hosting; SOC 2 is listed as in progress.

Spiceform's pricing page (checked October 2026) lists a free Mild plan with 50 responses a month, one seat, 25 AI credits and three forms. Paid plans, billed yearly, are Hot at $22 a month (1,000 responses, one seat, 500 AI credits, unlimited forms), Fire at $37 a month (10,000 responses, three seats, 2,000 AI credits) and Inferno at $112 a month (unlimited responses, 10 seats, 8,000 AI credits); Enterprise starts at $500 a month on an annual contract. Spiceform is newer than Typeform, Jotform or Tally, so teams with strict compliance needs should confirm its security roadmap before switching.
