Sparkbooth is desktop photo booth software for Windows and macOS, designed for weddings, parties, corporate events and photo booth rental businesses. It supports webcam capture, including 4K webcams, plus compatible Canon, Nikon and Sony cameras. Operators can create photo strips and 4×6 prints, use live preview and countdowns, print automatically, and run a separate photo kiosk station. The product also covers GIFs, boomerangs, mirror booths, green-screen effects, background removal and AI photo transformations.
Pricing is structured around two one-time licenses. Premium costs $149 and includes webcams, a lifetime license, commercial and business use, and Windows and macOS support. DSLR costs $189 and adds Canon, Nikon and Sony camera support while including everything in Premium. A 30-day trial is available, with watermarked trial photos. For operators who want to avoid recurring software fees, the plan structure is straightforward; the DSLR tier is the relevant choice when camera-based capture is required.
Sparkbooth’s strongest fit is a desktop workflow that can keep capture, printing and storage local, then add online services when needed. Sharing options include email, SMS and QR codes, with integrations such as Mailchimp, Dropbox, Google Drive, pCloud, SmugMug, ZenFolio, ShootProof, Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Gmail, Mailgun, SendGrid and Mandrill. Internet access may be needed for sharing and gallery services, and Sony support is currently in beta. Choose Sparkbooth for broad event features and one-time licensing; choose an alternative if you need fully web-based operation or established Sony support.
