Soraq is a web-based UX research platform for Latin American researchers and small teams. It combines open, closed and hybrid card sorting with tree testing, letting researchers configure studies, share participant links, collect responses and review structured results. Participants can respond without creating accounts, while screener questions help filter participants before analysis. The product is suited to solo practitioners and small UX groups that need core sorting workflows in a browser.

Soraq sells projects through a one-time payment rather than subscription renewal. The Proyecto Soraq plan provides lifetime project access, no expiration, unlimited responses through a participant link, full analysis with matrices, dendrograms and clusters, plus CSV export. This structure keeps a completed project available over time and avoids recurring renewal for that project. Researchers can also export study data for additional analysis outside the platform.

Its feature set covers the main card-sorting formats and adds automatic similarity-matrix, dendrogram and cluster analysis, along with screener questions and tree testing. That gives researchers a focused workflow from participant filtering through interpretation. The trade-off is deployment scope: Soraq is delivered through the web and cloud, so teams requiring local or on-premises deployment should consider another tool. Its one-time project approach may also be less suitable for organizations running a continuous program of studies across many projects. Choose Soraq when straightforward browser-based sorting, built-in analysis and lifetime project access matter most.
