Sonalyx is a SaaS platform for autonomous AI voice agents handling inbound and outbound phone conversations. It is suited to organizations running structured voice surveys, as well as teams managing customer service, sales, technical support, bookings, collections, and related phone operations. Agents can understand speech, intent, entities, and sentiment; access business systems; execute actions; send confirmations; transfer callers to people with conversation context; and provide conversation analytics. Deployment options include web, API, self-hosted, cloud, VPC, and on-premise environments.
Pricing is based on prepaid survey-minute packages rather than monthly or annual subscriptions. The Free plan requires no credit card and includes no commitment, one concurrent call, and an international number. Starter costs €200 for 400 survey minutes and adds full platform access, up to 10 concurrent calls, national numbers, and Powered by Sonalyx branding. Professional costs €1,200 for 3,000 survey minutes and adds standard support, user management, custom reports, up to 25 concurrent calls, and local numbers. Enterprise adds volume discounts, brand customization, dedicated support and a manager, removal of Powered by Sonalyx branding, and up to 100,000 concurrent calls.
Its ecosystem fit is a major strength for teams connecting voice workflows to existing operations. Sonalyx lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Zendesk, Intercom, Zoho, Shopify, Twilio, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Calendly, and Zapier, alongside REST APIs and webhooks. Automated actions include booking, rescheduling, escalation, and write-back. The clearest product depth is in scripted questionnaires, quotas, screening, structured survey data, and analytics covering intents, outcomes, sentiment, and call metrics. Choose Sonalyx when survey structure, system connectivity, human escalation, and deployment flexibility matter. Teams seeking a narrowly defined voicebot without survey requirements may find its positioning less relevant.

- Custom reports and user management start on Professional
- The strongest fit is structured surveys, not every voicebot use case
