Solgari is a cloud contact-center and customer-engagement platform for customer service, sales, specialist and back-office teams, with a particular fit for organizations centered on Microsoft Teams or Dynamics 365. It covers inbound voice workflows and outbound predictive and progressive dialing alongside SMS, WhatsApp, chat, email and social messaging. IVR configuration, queue management, skills-based routing and real-time reporting support contact-center operations, while CRM data capture connects customer interactions with business records. A standalone database is also supported for organizations without a CRM.
The monthly per-user plans begin with Lite at $8.50, which includes standard telephony and reports, a native Teams application with CRM data capture, and voice and conversational SMS. Lite + Recording costs $12 and adds 5 GB of compliant recording and archiving per user per month; Lite + Recording + AI costs $15 and adds AI Copilot. Pro at $50 includes 10 GB of recording and archiving, AI Copilot, outbound sales, five queues and three IVRs. Enterprise at $80 raises the recording allocation to 15 GB and includes unlimited queues and IVRs. The listed pricing requires a minimum of 10 subscriptions, and one-time user configuration fees are also listed.
The channel and integration breadth is notable for a Teams-oriented product: listed connections include Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Power BI and Calabrio. AI features include transcription, summaries, sentiment analysis and translation. Compliance listings include SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and two-factor authentication; support is available by email, phone and ticket, with 24/7 support. Solgari is a strong candidate for teams that want these contact-center functions within a Microsoft-centered environment. Teams seeking a different platform focus, or a low-cost tier with recording and AI already included, may prefer another option.
