Social27 Virtual Event Platform is a cloud-based service for organizations running virtual, hybrid, and in-person conferences, trade shows, webinars, and community events. Its scope covers event building, registration, content management, live and on-demand sessions, attendee networking, exhibitor microsites, analytics, and mobile event experiences. It is particularly suited to programs where participant interaction and exhibitor engagement are central, rather than events that need only a basic broadcast page.
Pricing is presented across four plans. Lite is listed at $799 per month and includes events of up to 24 hours, one admin user, unlimited exhibitor booths, and email and chat support. Lite Plus is shown at $149 plus tax and includes the same event-length and admin limits, along with an attendee mobile app. Business supports events of up to 72 hours, five admin users, unlimited exhibitor booths, and a designated CSM and TPM. Enterprise adds custom event length, custom admin users, and custom registrations. The paid tiers therefore span shorter events with basic administration through more configurable programs with named support roles and custom options.
Networking is the platform's clearest area of depth. Attendee directories, direct messaging, networking lounges, roundtables, boardrooms, happy-hour chats, recommendation-based matching, and gamification give organizers several ways to structure interaction. Event teams can also connect Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Stripe, Paragon, Social27 Meetup, or a custom API, while real-time analytics, reports, and data export support measurement. Choose Social27 when networking, exhibitor presence, and mixed live or recorded content all matter. An alternative may suit teams seeking a narrower, simpler event setup with fewer moving parts.
