SMS.es Business Messenger is an RCS communications platform for businesses, agencies and developers. It combines campaign management, RCS agent configuration, rich messaging and operational controls across web and API access. Teams can create, clone, update, pause and delete campaigns, while sending cards, images, buttons, carousels and suggested replies. The platform also supports notifications, authentication, marketing campaigns and conversational messaging, with two-way messaging through inbound rules and user-response events.
Its strongest fit is for teams that need campaign operations connected to delivery data and existing systems. The RCS REST Campaign API uses OAuth2 authentication, and real-time webhooks cover delivery, read and user-response events. Automatic SMS fallback supports recipients whose devices do not support RCS or whose delivery fails. Integrations include CRM, ERP, ecommerce platforms, internal applications and Google RCS Developer Console. RCS agent workflows include configuration, verification, launch and QR code generation, while opt-in forms and keyword-based inbound rules support acquisition and response handling.
The plan structure broadens from SMS Starter, with campaign tools, contact management, segmentation, basic email campaigns and reports, to Conversacional, which adds a WhatsApp Business connector, omnichannel inbox, segmented campaigns and landing pages. Omnicanal adds wider messaging coverage, advanced reports, priority support and RCS as an add-on. Enterprise adds SLA, CRM/ERP integration, dedicated onboarding and volume pricing. RCS is also offered as a channel add-on with destination-based message pricing. Choose SMS.es when lifecycle control, fallback and integrations matter; teams seeking a narrowly focused RCS-only service may prefer a simpler alternative.
