SmartHop is a trucking management platform for carriers, fleet operators, and independent dispatchers. Its scope covers load-board access, market analysis, digital bidding, trip management, GPS tracking, driver and broker communication, invoicing, payroll, expenses, and performance reporting. The product is aimed at owner-operators, small and midsize fleets, regional and over-the-road operations, and dispatchers managing multiple MCs. Drivers can use the mobile app to review loads, bid, view trip details, send documents, and request support.
Pricing is organized into four tiers, with monthly billing and lower monthly-equivalent prices billed quarterly. Starter costs $50 per month monthly or $45 per month when billed quarterly, adding load booking, recommendations, document storage, GPS tracking, and driver chat. Basic costs $150 monthly or $125 quarterly and adds trip status management and performance reporting.
