Smartcare is a cloud-based childcare management platform for daycare centers, preschools, early childhood programs, before- and after-school care, private schools, faith-based programs, and school districts. It brings enrollment and waitlist management, lead tracking, attendance, electronic check-in and check-out, scheduling, billing, payment processing, reporting, recordkeeping, parent communication, and classroom tools into one system. Multi-location support and mobile applications for parents, teachers, and centers make it suited to organizations coordinating several sites and user groups.

The product is offered in three plan configurations. Smartcare includes comprehensive center management, simple classroom management, touchless check-in, online enrollment, configurable billing, and integrated payment processing. Smartcare + Preschool2me combines center and classroom management, while Preschool2me focuses on classroom operations with lesson planning, assessments, attendance, two-way chat messaging, and photos and videos. Pricing is handled through contact with sales, and the product page promotes up to 15% off SaaS fees, with eligibility and terms addressed by a sales representative.

Its strongest fit is for centers that need configurable workflows across enrollment, billing, attendance, communication, and classroom administration. Integrations with QuickBooks, ChildcareCRM, and PDK support connections with childcare and accounting workflows, while web, iOS, and Android availability extends access to staff, families, and center administrators. Choose Smartcare when a broad operating system and multi-location reporting matter; a smaller program seeking only basic scheduling or attendance may prefer a narrower tool.
