Skyward Qmlativ is a web-based education management system for K–12 school districts. It combines student information and enrollment management with attendance, grading, report cards, transcripts, GPA calculation, family and student portals, fee tracking, transportation data, custom reporting, and scheduling. Teachers can work with traditional and standards-based gradebooks, while families and students can access grades, attendance, registration, messaging, and school information through Family Access. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support different district workflows.

Its strongest fit is for districts seeking one system across academic records and administrative operations. Attendance tools cover recording, letters, and reporting; enrollment includes online registration and new student enrollment; and transportation tools organize routes, stops, buses, and student assignments. Custom reporting and report design add flexibility for district information needs. Mobile Family Access and Teacher Access extend the main system beyond the browser, and the platform includes AI features.

The ecosystem is a meaningful consideration. Skyward Qmlativ integrates with Google Classroom, SmartEd Systems, ClassLink, Clever, Microsoft School Data Sync, MySchoolBucks Online Payments, Transfinder, Follett, and InTouch. Pricing follows a contact-sales model, so districts need a direct conversation to evaluate the commercial fit. Qmlativ suits districts that value broad SIS coverage, reporting, portals, and connections to education services. Schools seeking a narrowly focused tool or a publicly listed price may prefer a simpler option with a more limited scope.
