SkuVault Core is Linnworks’ inventory and warehouse management product for ecommerce retailers. It brings product and stock information together, syncs quantities across connected sales channels, and supports warehouse work from purchasing through picking and packing. The vendor positions it for retailers moving from spreadsheets to more organized warehouse operations. Its web, API, iOS and Android platforms make it relevant to small and mid-market sellers with warehouse tasks that benefit from mobile scanning.

The feature set extends beyond stock synchronization. Sellers can maintain a centralized catalog, create and revise marketplace listings in bulk, and route orders using configurable rules. Warehouse tools include bin and rack configuration, purchase order management, transfers between multiple warehouses, and digital picking and packing. The mobile app supports scanning, making the product a fit for teams that want mobile-assisted warehouse workflows alongside multichannel inventory management. Named integrations include Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Wayfair and Temu; the vendor lists 100 integrations overall.

Pricing is quote-based and depends on monthly order volume, so buyers need to contact sales rather than compare published amounts. The vendor says advanced warehouse capabilities are available in the Core package. Chat and documentation are the listed support channels. Core is available only in North America, which rules it out for sellers operating elsewhere. It is worth considering for small or mid-market retailers that need connected-channel stock sync plus mobile scanning, warehouse locations and transfers; sellers seeking published pricing or operating outside North America should look elsewhere.
