SIPcity Cloud PBX is a cloud-based business phone system for Australian businesses, with plans suited to small and mid-market teams. It combines VoIP calling and business numbers with call routing, auto attendant menus, queues, recording, voicemail-to-email and transcription. Teams can also use messaging, SMS and video meetings, with apps for mobile, desktop and web, plus a Chrome extension. The plan choice matters: Flex uses pay-as-you-go calling, while other listed plans include unlimited local and mobile calls.

Call handling is a notable strength for teams that need more than a basic shared line. Customizable auto attendant menus and routing rules can direct calls through ring groups, queues, geographic rules or time-based rules. Recording and transcription, along with voicemail-to-email and transcription, add ways to keep track of conversations. The plans each include one local number, while the product supports other number types including toll-free, mobile, international and fax. Teams Connect is the plan specifically listing Microsoft Teams compatibility, with messaging through Teams.

The ecosystem is focused rather than broad: listed integrations include HubSpot, LiveAgent and My Care CRM, as well as Google Contacts and Microsoft Contacts. That may suit teams already working with those tools, but businesses that depend on a different phone or CRM integration should check fit before choosing it. Published support channels include phone, chat, tickets and documentation. SIPcity is a reasonable fit for teams seeking flexible calling, business numbers and practical call handling in one cloud service; teams prioritizing a wider integration ecosystem or a specific unlisted workflow may prefer to compare alternatives.
