Simply.Coach is a web-based coaching platform for coaches, consultants, therapists, counsellors, trainers, multi-coach businesses, L&D teams, and universities. It brings client management, dashboards, goals, action plans, reminders, progress tracking, forms, assessments, session notes, client workspaces, scheduling, contracts, invoicing, payments, reporting, and shared resources into one system. Individual and group coaching are supported, with client self-booking and configurable coaching journeys for practices that need more than a calendar and video call link.

Pricing is structured around four annual-billing plans. Starter costs $9 per month and includes 1-to-1 coaching, group coaching, calendar booking pages, survey forms, 1 contract, and 1 program. Essentials costs $29 per month and adds 3 contracts, 3 programs, and 7 individuals. Growth costs $49 per month and adds multiple calendars, recurring sessions, a custom logo, 30 individuals, and complimentary onboarding. Leap costs $69 per month and adds a whitelabelled platform, custom domain, unlimited contracts, unlimited programs, and unlimited individuals. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Its ecosystem coverage is a practical strength for coaches coordinating sessions, payments, and follow-up work. Simply.Coach integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Apple iCal, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Stripe, PayPal, and Zapier. The main trade-off is that the platform is web-only, has no AI features, and its displayed pricing uses annual billing. Solo practitioners who want affordable practice management and client-facing workflows should consider Starter or Essentials. Practices needing recurring sessions, multiple calendars, or branding can move to Growth, while Leap is aimed at organizations requiring a custom domain, whitelabelled experience, and unlimited capacity.
