SignWorkspace review
Configurable signing workflows for small businesses, with a paid entry plan and API options.

SignWorkspace is a cloud-based digital agreement and electronic-signature product for organisations that need to prepare, route and track documents. Small businesses can upload PDFs or start with reusable templates, then add recipients and signature, initials, name, date, text or dropdown fields. The workflow supports signer ordering, completion requirements and recipient verification through email links or configured OTP channels. Team permissions and timestamped activity events make it relevant to teams that need more control than a basic send-and-sign process, while API workflows extend envelope and document handling.
The published monthly plans start with Starter Business at ZAR 1,299 per month for team signing for small teams. Growth Business is ZAR 3,499 per month and adds more volume, branding and optional API. Pro Business is ZAR 7,499 per month, with advanced permissions, API and bulk sending. A separate Business trial lasts 14 days and includes 10 sends; there is no free plan. This makes the product a clearer fit for organizations prepared to pay for recurring signing workflows than for occasional individual use. Buyers should compare the plan’s allowances with expected sending volume before choosing a tier.
Its strongest breadth is workflow configuration: templates can be organized with categories and tags, signing pages can carry organization branding, and administrator, document-manager and viewer permissions distinguish team responsibilities. The API supports creating envelopes, managing recipients and fields, and downloading completed documents. SignWorkspace is available through web and API, with email support. Its security page says controls may be implemented or explicitly planned, and that it does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS. Teams that require one of those claims should evaluate alternatives; small and mid-market organizations seeking configurable signing and willing to assess that posture may find the feature set more aligned.
