SignSend is a browser-based electronic signature service for freelancers, small businesses, and individuals who need a direct way to send PDF agreements for signing. Upload a PDF, add signers by name and email, and send links; recipients can draw or type a signature without creating an account. Signing can happen sequentially or all at once. SignSend describes its signatures as binding in the United States under the ESIGN Act and UETA, and attaches a completion certificate to signed documents.
The plans distinguish basic requests from ongoing or higher-volume workflows. Free includes email notifications, an audit trail, and a certificate of completion. Pro adds unlimited documents and signers, automatic reminders, and retains the audit trail and certificate; paid plans also include signing deadlines. Business includes Pro features and bulk sending of one document to up to 200 names and addresses, plus the company name on the signing page and certificate. According to the vendor's pricing page, Pro costs $12 per month and Business costs $29 per month. Reusable templates retain document fields, and CSV export covers document status, signers, and audit trails.
The product's fit is intentionally focused: it runs on the web, with email support and cloud deployment. Its signature requests, status tracking, templates, and records suit individual or small-business PDF workflows, especially when recipients should not need accounts. Choose Business if sending one document to a recipient list or company-branded signing pages matter. SignSend is a less natural choice for buyers who require listed integrations or platform coverage beyond web, or who need bulk sending below the Business tier. The paid tiers add useful workflow controls, but the core proposition remains PDF signing rather than a broader transaction platform.
