SigningCloud is a cloud-based electronic and digital signature service for individuals and organizations that need to route business documents for signature. Senders upload documents, add recipients and signature fields, then choose sequential, parallel or quorum signing. Its mix of a free plan, paid tiers beginning at MYR 30 per month and mobile access makes it a plausible fit for solo professionals and small teams seeking regional signing workflows, while larger organizations can consider its higher tiers and API options.

The plans scale from basic access to workflow capacity. Free is listed at MYR 0 per month; Personal costs MYR 30 monthly and includes 10 documents per month and one document creator. Pioneer is MYR 100 monthly for unlimited document signing and five creators, with an annual billing selection displayed at MYR 91.67 per month. Pro is MYR 500 monthly and adds bulk signing and cloud storage integration; its annual selection is MYR 458.33 per month. CoSec Starter and CoSec Prime are MYR 399 and MYR 799 monthly, respectively, with quorum signing or bulk signing and customized branding among their listed highlights. A 14-day free trial is also offered, with no card required.

The workflow features extend beyond collecting signatures: reusable templates, automatic reminders, deadlines and document expiry support ongoing processes, while timestamped audit trails and downloadable signature certificates document activity. Signers can verify through SigningCloud ID or Trusted CA ID, and signing can use a drawn, typed or uploaded signature appearance, with two-factor authentication available. Web, iOS, Android and API access, REST API and webhooks, plus integrations with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Alfresco and Joget support varied workflows. The product lists ISO 27001 and GDPR, and offers email, ticket and documentation support rather than 24/7 support. Teams needing bulk signing or storage connections must move to Pro; those whose workflows depend on a different verified integration set or non-MYR pricing may prefer an alternative.
