A Google Workspace signature manager with campaigns, directory sync, and direct Gmail deployment.

SignatureSatori is a web application for organizations that need centralized control over employee email signatures in Google Workspace. It combines a drag-and-drop editor, ready-to-use templates, custom HTML/CSS editing, Google Directory synchronization, and group- or organizational-unit-based assignments. Signatures are deployed through Google and Gmail APIs, while compatibility is documented for additional clients including Outlook, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird. It is aimed at teams that want shared templates and centrally managed updates rather than individual signature editing.
Its two plan types serve different operating patterns. Credits are one-time purchases: each credit sets or changes one user's signature, and unused credits remain available for later use. This option includes templates and the signature editor. Subscription uses recurring monthly payments and adds unlimited signature changes, daily automatic Google Directory synchronization, Smart Marketing Planner, and a minimum of five users. There is also a set of five free credits, but the product does not provide an unlimited free plan. The plan structure suits organizations that either make occasional changes or need ongoing administrative control.
Campaign features are the product's clearest point of distinction. Teams can create marketing campaigns and banners, schedule campaigns, connect Google Analytics, and use link tracking within signatures. Integrations include Google Workspace, Gmail API, Google Analytics, Canva, RSS, X, YouTube, Vimeo, and Eventbrite. Group assignments and automatic updates can reduce repetitive changes across an organization, while direct Gmail deployment avoids SMTP routing. SignatureSatori is a strong fit for Google Workspace teams that want signatures to support coordinated campaigns. Organizations needing wider platform coverage or API access should consider a tool with broader ecosystem support.
