ShopWise is a hosted ecommerce platform for building and operating online stores, managing products and inventory, processing orders, and supporting checkout, fulfillment, returns, and refunds. It also covers browser-based point of sale, wholesale catalogs, discounts, delivery, payment methods, and marketplace or social-channel connections. Its package structure is aimed at solo entrepreneurs, small teams, growing brands, and more complex businesses that need online, in-person, B2B, or multichannel selling.
The pricing structure gives smaller sellers a low-cost entry point. ShopWise offers a free plan, while the vendor’s pricing page lists Basic at $20 per month with monthly billing or $17 per month with annual billing. Basic includes unlimited products, a theme editor, checkout and order management, inventory across 10 locations, Wise AI tools, and a 1.5% platform transaction fee. Grow costs $50 monthly or $45 monthly annually and adds five staff accounts, customer segments and campaigns, abandoned checkout recovery, reports and analytics, and a lower 0.8% platform transaction fee. Advanced costs $290 monthly or $250 monthly annually, adding 15 staff accounts, regional catalogs, advanced reporting, shipping integration options, and a 0.5% fee.
ShopWise’s main strength is breadth: sellers can connect Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, TikTok, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and QuickBooks, while an app marketplace and theme ecosystem extend the platform. Advanced supports regional experiences, and Plus adds unlimited staff accounts, unlimited B2B catalogs, advanced checkout customization, multi-store implementation planning, and dedicated onboarding and support. Choose ShopWise if one platform needs to cover storefronts, physical sales, wholesale, and social or marketplace channels. Sellers with simple stores may find the broader feature set unnecessary, while teams requiring the lower transaction fees or Plus capabilities should review the higher tiers carefully.
