Shoprenter is a hosted ecommerce platform for businesses that want to build and operate online stores without managing their own infrastructure. It combines customizable storefront themes with product and order management, marketing automation, abandoned-cart emails, digital-product downloads, and integrations for payments, invoicing, delivery, ERP systems, marketplaces, and product feeds. Its positioning fits Central European multichannel merchants, particularly businesses that need regional commerce connections alongside core storefront tools. The platform runs on the web and provides an API for external systems.

The plan structure follows a clear progression. Bronze includes customizable design themes, SEO features, Google Analytics 4 integration, application marketplace access, 200+ integrations, and email, phone, and AI-chat support. Silver adds Google Shopping, TikTok, eMAG, Pepita, and marketplace integrations, along with Facebook Conversion API, dynamic remarketing, an advanced content and blog system, and 36 online payment methods. Gold builds on Silver with scheduled CSV and XML stock uploads, advanced reports, the Shoprenter API, and multilingual and multi-currency features. Shoprenter offers a 14-day free trial, but there is no free plan. Annual pricing is presented as monthly equivalents, with annual fees invoiced in one amount and prices stated net of VAT.

Its main strength is breadth for merchants selling across several channels: local marketplaces, social platforms, payment providers, invoicing tools, logistics systems, and ERP connections are all part of the ecosystem. The application marketplace and API also give businesses routes to extend the platform beyond its built-in capabilities. However, the most advanced multichannel, reporting, automation, and international-selling functions are distributed across the paid tiers rather than concentrated in the entry plan. Choose Shoprenter if regional marketplace coverage, hosted infrastructure, and operational integrations matter more than a free starting tier. Businesses seeking a free plan or needing multilingual and multi-currency support without moving to Gold should consider another platform.
