ShopLeaf combines restaurant point of sale, tableside ordering, online ordering, loyalty, website building, analytics, payments, and customer mobile apps. It is positioned for single-location cafés, quick-service restaurants, full-service restaurants with multiple stations, and larger restaurant groups. Its strongest fit is a single-location restaurant that wants POS included rather than a standalone online ordering tool.

Pricing is structured across three plans. Starter costs $49 per month and includes full POS, pickup ordering, basic loyalty, a website builder, tableside handheld apps, and a branded customer app. Professional costs $99 per month and adds POS for up to five terminals, pickup and delivery ordering, unlimited tables and floor plans, full loyalty and tier rewards, a Kitchen Display System, and advanced analytics and exports. Enterprise uses custom pricing and includes unlimited locations and terminals, multi-location analytics, custom API and integrations, a dedicated account manager, and priority 24/7 support with an SLA. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

ShopLeaf’s ecosystem covers web, iOS, and Android, with integrations including QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct, Mailchimp, Google Reviews, OpenTable, Google Analytics, and Twilio SMS. Menu synchronization connects online ordering with the POS, while kitchen preparation timers, loyalty rewards, push notifications, and restaurant website tools extend the system beyond checkout. Choose ShopLeaf if you want one restaurant platform spanning front-of-house, ordering, marketing, and reporting. Restaurants that only need a lightweight ordering tool, or that require delivery capabilities on the entry plan, should consider its broader scope and plan differences before choosing it.
