ShiftCare is cloud software for home care, home health and IDD providers. It brings caregiver scheduling, recurring shifts, availability and leave management, EVV, visit tools, care notes, forms, billing, payroll connections and family communication into one system. Caregivers can use the iOS and Android apps to view rosters, record notes, complete forms and clock in or out, including with offline mode. Agencies can manage staff, clients, care plans and family portal access through the platform. It is suited to teams that want scheduling and care operations covered in a single workspace.

Pricing is organized across three paid tiers, with monthly and annual billing for the first three. Essentials costs $9 per user per month monthly or $8 per user per month annually, and includes scheduling, offline mobile use, GPS-verified clock in and clock out, EVV, timesheets and payroll integrations. Growth costs $15 monthly or $13 annually and adds bulk invoicing, smart caregiver matching, vacant shift advertising, and pay groups and rates. Intelligence costs $25 monthly or $20 annually, adding care plans, eMAR medication tracking, family access, advanced incident management and API integration. Custom Pricing adds multi-entity governance, enterprise-grade permissions, franchise and group configuration, single sign-on and 24/7 support. Plans require at least 5 staff, and the free trial lasts 7 days.

Platform coverage includes web, iOS, Android and API access. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, Xero, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Paychex, ADP, MYOB, PayCat, PRODA, Employment Hero HR, Employment Hero Payroll and CSV Import. That breadth suits agencies connecting scheduling with payroll, accounting, HR and client communications. Teams needing only basic scheduling may find the higher tiers unnecessary, while organizations needing care plans, eMAR, family access or API connectivity should consider Intelligence or Custom Pricing. ShiftCare fits agencies seeking broad operational coverage and integrations; smaller teams should account for the five-staff requirement and paid-only model.
