SessionTalk Softphone review
A feature-rich SIP softphone suite for providers that need managed or white-label deployment.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
SessionTalk Softphone is a SIP client and managed deployment platform for VoIP providers, IT teams, and call centers. Its native applications cover iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS, with SIP voice and video calling, messaging, SMS, BLF monitoring, call recording, and support for up to 16 SIP accounts. The product is suited to organizations connecting users to compatible SIP PBXs or hosted phone systems, especially providers that need branded mobile or desktop apps.
Pricing is structured around a free mobile softphone, a 14-day free trial, and paid SessionCloud deployment plans. The Generic plan costs $100 per month and includes 50 users, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android apps, push notifications, HD video calling, QR-code provisioning, remote phonebook, and LDAP. Whitelabel Mobile costs $400 per month for 1,000 users and adds full UI customization, chat, group chat, and SMS across iOS and Android. Whitelabel Desktop also costs $400 per month for 1,000 users and includes Windows and macOS apps, six lines, six-way conferencing, click-to-dial, BLF, chat, group chat, and SMS. These tiers make the product more compelling for providers managing branded deployments than for small teams seeking a low-cost softphone.
Its ecosystem fit is a major strength. SessionTalk lists integrations with Asterisk, FreePBX, FusionPBX, 3CX, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, BroadSoft, Metaswitch, PortaOne, VitalPBX, Yeastar, and LDAP. Provisioning and remote configuration reduce the administrative work of distributing account settings, while push notifications support incoming mobile calls. Choose SessionTalk for PBX-centered deployments that need recording, messaging, conferencing, or white-label app delivery. Organizations that only need basic calling at minimal cost should consider the free option before committing to a paid plan.
