SEOPress is a WordPress SEO plugin for website owners, freelancers, agencies, developers, and businesses. Its core tools cover SEO titles, meta descriptions, robots directives, canonical URLs, content analysis, XML and HTML sitemaps, schema markup, redirects, 404 monitoring, and technical site audits. The separate SEOPress Insights product adds Google keyword rank tracking, backlink monitoring, and competitor ranking analysis from the WordPress administration area. It is best suited to WordPress sites that want SEO controls inside their publishing workflow.
The free edition includes unlimited site installations, content analysis with target keywords, and XML and HTML sitemaps. Annual PRO pricing starts at $49 per site and adds AI integration, site audits, local SEO, WooCommerce SEO, analytics statistics, and schema markup. The 5-site plan is $59 per 5 sites per year, while the unlimited-sites plan is $149 per year. SEOPress Insights costs $99 per site per year and supports up to 50 tracked keywords. AI Credits are separate monthly plans: Starter costs $19 for 400,000 credits, Pro costs $29 for 1,500,000 credits, and Business costs $49 for 5,000,000 credits.
Its ecosystem fit is strongest for WordPress installations using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Matomo Cloud, Google Tag Manager, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Elementor, Divi, Polylang, or supported AI services including OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google Gemini, Claude, and Mistral AI. The feature set reaches from on-page metadata and sitemaps to audits, schema, rankings, backlinks, competitors, and AI-generated metadata and image alt text.
