SendOwl is a digital commerce platform for creators, businesses, and developers selling downloads, subscriptions, courses, streaming media, software licenses, and physical products. It supports branded sales pages, embeddable checkout, payment links, recurring billing, and secure delivery. The feature set suits established sellers that need more control over digital fulfillment, licensing, and tax handling than a basic storefront provides.

Pricing is plan-based, with Launch at $39 per month monthly or $32.50 per month on annual billing. Launch includes 5k orders per year, 10 GB bandwidth per month, unlimited products, and unlimited storage. Grow costs $87 monthly or $72.50 on annual billing and raises the allowance to 25k orders per year and 20 GB bandwidth per month. Scale costs $159 monthly or $132.50 annually, with 50k orders per year and 50 GB bandwidth per month. The published plans show unlimited products and storage across all three tiers. A 7-day free trial is available, and SendOwl states that its own transaction fee is 0%; payment-gateway fees and possible bandwidth overages are separate.

Security and delivery controls are a central part of the product. Sellers can use time-limited delivery, download limits, PDF stamping, document locking, fraud filters, and software license-key management. SendOwl also includes sales tax, EU VAT, tax reporting tools, abandoned-cart recovery, upsells, discounts, and recurring payments. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Shopify, WordPress, Notion, Linktree, Mailchimp, Kit, Zapier, Google Analytics, and Square, with API access and webhooks for custom connections. Choose SendOwl when protected delivery and digital-product depth matter; sellers seeking a free plan or custom domains should choose another platform.
