Sendmarc is a web and API SaaS platform for managing email authentication and domain protection. It is designed for businesses, enterprises, governments, MSPs, and partners that need centralized control over DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS reporting. The platform analyzes aggregate and forensic reports, supports policy enforcement and DNS management, and adds threat, blocklist, reputation, and delivery analysis for organizations working to reduce spoofing and improve legitimate email delivery.
Pricing is organized around a Free Trial, Premium, Microsoft, Google, & Yahoo Compliance, and Enterprise & Government tier. The Free Trial includes basic reporting, up to 5k emails, email and DNS analysis tools, aggregate reports, and two-factor authentication, with 21 days of data history. Premium adds unlimited emails and domains, authentication management, forensic reports, blocklist and threat reporting, and SSO. The Microsoft, Google, & Yahoo Compliance plan adds MTA-STS and TLS reporting to that feature set. Enterprise & Government includes governance and compliance, a service agreement, specialized services agreements, project management, supply chain analysis and audit, and proactive DMARC implementation with an MSP. According to the vendor's pricing page, paid plans use quote-only pricing.
Platform coverage is a central strength. Sendmarc supports API access for custom applications and SIEM integration, plus connections with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Entra, Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and SIEM systems. Security and administrative controls include SSO integrations, two-factor authentication, audit logs, DNS record management, and delegation. Choose Sendmarc if your organization needs managed authentication, compliance workflows, and broad operational integrations across multiple domains. A smaller team seeking a permanent free plan or transparent paid entry price may prefer a simpler alternative.
