SchedPilot review
A strong publishing engine for teams that do not need a social inbox.

SchedPilot is a paid social media scheduling and management tool for creators, marketers, agencies, developers, and teams. Its unified visual content calendar supports cross-network scheduling and auto-publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, and Bluesky. The product combines bulk CSV scheduling, content queues, account analytics, client reporting, team roles, approval workflows, AI-assisted captions and content ideas, and a built-in short-video and UGC editor. It is designed for organizations publishing at volume rather than teams centered on inbox-based engagement.
Pricing scales primarily by connected accounts and workspaces. Silver costs $21 per month with annual billing and includes five connected accounts, one workspace, account analytics, and API access. Gold costs $35 per month with 20 connected accounts, five workspaces, AI-generated posts, and the ability to reply to posts and comments. Platinum costs $49 per month with 40 connected accounts, 10 workspaces, a Chrome extension, and API access. Enterprise costs $79 per month with 100 connected accounts, 20 workspaces, advanced analytics and reports, and 10 team seats. A $299 Lifetime Membership adds lifetime access, unlimited campaigns and projects, and AI-powered post ideas and captions. A seven-day trial is available, with a card required and no charge during the trial.
The platform fit is a notable strength: SchedPilot offers web access, an API, a Chrome extension, REST API support, and an MCP server for AI-agent integrations involving n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Hermes, and OpenClaw. Approval workflows, client workspaces, and reporting make it suitable for agencies and distributed teams, while the account limits give larger operations a clear upgrade path. The main boundary is engagement coverage: it does not provide a social inbox, so teams needing centralized conversation management should choose a fuller social engagement suite. Choose SchedPilot for structured, high-volume publishing; look elsewhere if inbox workflows are central.
