Saymail is an AI-native email client for people who manage multiple inboxes across desktop and mobile. It connects Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and IMAP/SMTP accounts in one application, with a unified inbox, cross-account search, rules, profiles, signatures, and mailbox maintenance tools. Its AI importance scoring shows visible explanations, while importance can decay over time. Suggested replies, rewriting, translation, and editable classification prompts extend the email workflow. Mailbox data is stored locally on the device, and the client is available for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.

The Free plan costs €0 forever and includes the core email client, connected Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP accounts, reading, writing, sending, searching, rules, profiles, prompts, themes, and signatures. The separate Bring your own AI plan costs €29.99 one time, supports personal provider keys or local models, includes five activations, and removes per-message Saymail AI costs.
