Sanford Harmony is a blended social-emotional learning program from National University for educators, schools, families, and youth organizations. Its no-cost digital curriculum provides Pre-K–6 lessons, activities, stories, games, and relationship-building practices. Everyday Practices and Quick Connection Cards also extend resources to grades 7–12, though the curriculum itself is centered on younger grades. Schools seeking free elementary SEL with family resources have a clear starting point; those seeking a comprehensive curriculum across all grade levels may need a broader option.

The plan structure separates free core materials from additional paid capabilities. Harmony Core includes curriculum lessons and activities, lesson presentation slides, selected professional learning, and limited implementation support. Harmony Plus adds interactive and AI-powered tools, the full professional-learning catalog with CEUs and credentialing, the Harmony at Home family app, an administrator data dashboard, and expanded, personalized implementation support. According to the vendor's pricing information, Harmony Plus is available by inquiry rather than with a published price. Optional classroom, home, and out-of-school-time kits are sold separately, so schools should account for those separately from software licensing.

Family engagement and implementation tools are central to the program's fit. The digital platform includes professional-learning modules and webinars, family and out-of-school-time resources, and administrator progress reporting; Spanish lesson and activity access is also included. The web platform is cloud-based, with mobile deployment listed, and support channels include email and documentation. Schools that want free Pre-K–6 lessons and can work within the Core tier's limited support may find it suitable. Districts needing broader grade-level curriculum coverage, or those requiring the expanded dashboard and learning features, should evaluate Harmony Plus and compare its inquiry-based licensing with their needs.
