Sana Commerce is a hosted ecommerce platform built primarily for B2B organizations using SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. It synchronizes product, pricing, inventory, customer, and order data with supported ERP systems, while supporting B2B, B2C, and hybrid B2X webstores. Teams can manage multiple webstores from one ERP connection, provide self-service purchasing, connect marketplaces, export product feeds, and recover abandoned carts with monitoring and email reminders. It is best suited to organizations whose commerce operation already depends on a supported ERP environment.
The plan structure is straightforward, although pricing requires a sales conversation. Essential includes native ERP integration, the Visual Designer, an open webstore with guest checkout, and real-time stock information and shipping rates. Pro adds refunds and returns, quote-to-order conversion, integrated marketplaces, and customer segments. Advanced adds multi-installation support, advanced security, advanced ecommerce analytics, and multi-account hierarchy. The feature progression makes Pro more relevant for organizations managing broader sales operations, while Advanced targets more complex account and installation structures.
Sana’s strongest differentiator is its ERP-centered operating model. Supported connections include SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. PIM systems, Amazon, ChannelEngine, Google Shopping, and Facebook catalog are also supported, with an App Center, API, and add-on extensibility for broader integration needs. Choose Sana Commerce when real-time ERP alignment and multichannel B2B commerce are priorities; consider another platform if you need a self-serve price, an open-source product, or commerce that is not tied to these ERP ecosystems.
