Salesbook is a paid sales enablement platform for organizations that need presentation management alongside structured sales processes. It centralizes presentations, videos, blueprints, and e-books, then uses those materials to support repeatable sales meetings. Teams can also manage customer databases, pipelines, forecasting, reporting, proposals, electronic signing, and customer follow-up emails in the same product. Sales managers can distribute updated content to representative apps and review meeting activity through monitoring and analytics features.
Pricing is organized across four plans. Start costs 39 PLN per user per month and includes basic sales processes and a CRM system. Base costs 79 PLN per user per month and adds CRM capabilities, a browser sales application, and one included configurator. PRO costs 119 PLN per user per month and adds an iPad sales application alongside the Base features and one included configurator. Enterprise includes all Salesbook features, dedicated solutions, and personalized support. The published pricing model is monthly, and annual prepayment receives approximately a 20% discount. There is no free plan.
Salesbook fits teams that want presentation delivery connected to CRM operations instead of a standalone deck library. Its web, iOS, and API support provide multiple ways to work with sales content, while integrations include Active Directory, Autenti, Insign, Fakturownia, SubiektGT, Advicos, Bitrix, and a REST API. The main trade-off is its strong sales orientation: organizations looking primarily for broad presentation creation or general-purpose content sharing may find its workflow emphasis less suitable. Choose it when content governance, meeting processes, analytics, proposals, and CRM reporting need to work together; choose an alternative when presentation management is the only requirement.
