SagaMail Team Inbox gives teams handling addresses such as support@, sales@ and accounts@ a shared workflow for customer email. It is aimed at small and mid-market teams that need clear ownership and basic ticket tracking rather than a standalone helpdesk. Members can assign emails manually or through rules, move them through statuses such as New, In progress, Waiting on customer, Resolved and Snoozed, and reply from the team address. The feature is available on web, Windows, iOS and Android.

The workflow combines collaboration and accountability in one inbox. Private notes and @mentions let teammates coordinate without sending those messages to customers, while shared reply history and an activity record show assignments, replies and status changes. Teams can filter views by status, label, priority or person, and use saved replies for common questions. First-reply and resolution targets can account for business hours and holidays, making the product relevant where response expectations matter. Email is the listed channel, so teams seeking broader channel coverage should look elsewhere.

According to the published plans, Starter costs INR 1499 per year and includes a Shared Inbox, one advanced chat-style Shared Inbox and unlimited teammates in each Shared Inbox. Growth costs INR 2499 per year and includes two advanced chat-style Shared Inboxes; Business costs INR 3499 per year and includes five. A paid SagaMail mailbox plan is required, and there is no free plan. This makes the product a fit for teams already considering SagaMail and wanting assignment, statuses and response targets without a larger helpdesk setup. Teams needing a standalone service desk or a free entry point should consider alternatives. AI sorting and reply drafts are described as rolling out in phases, so they should not be treated as universally available capabilities.
