Ryviu is a product-review management platform for e-commerce brands using Shopify or WooCommerce. It imports reviews from AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart.com, DHgate, Shopee, and CSV files, then displays them through storefront widgets. Merchants can also manage product questions and answers, collect photo and video reviews, request reviews by email, and add Google rich snippets. It is best suited to stores that want broad marketplace importing at a low entry price.
Pricing scales by review and product limits. The Free plan is free forever and supports up to 20 reviews per product and 50 products, with a product reviews widget and AliExpress imports. Basic costs $6.99 per month and increases capacity to 200 reviews per product and 400 products, while adding featured reviews, Q&A, email review requests, and Amazon, Shopee, and CSV imports. Advanced costs $9.99 per month, supports up to 500 reviews per product and 1,000 products, and adds Etsy, DHgate, and Walmart.com imports plus fully customized layouts. Unlimited costs $19.99 per month and adds unlimited reviews and products, video reviews, XML feeds, AI summaries, and bulk export. The annual Basic equivalent starts at $5.24 per month, and a 7-day free trial is available.
Ryviu’s strongest fit is a store that needs multiple import sources alongside flexible review presentation. Its integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopify Flow, and Google Merchant Center, with web and Chrome extension access. Photo reviews, video reviews, Q&A, widgets, structured data, XML feeds, and CSV exports cover several common review-management needs. However, review requests use email, and API access is not supplied. Video reviews are limited to Unlimited members using Ryviu’s latest Shopify frontend version. Choose Ryviu for affordable importing and storefront review features; consider an alternative if API-based workflows or broader review-request channels are central requirements.
