Rynoex Fee Management is a cloud-based school fee administration module for Indian schools and institutes. It covers class-, quota- and category-wise fee heads for charges such as tuition, admission, transport, laboratory, examination and activities. Administrators can configure monthly, quarterly or term-wise installments, apply late-fee rules, manage sibling discounts and scholarships, issue digital or printable receipts, and monitor outstanding dues. Parents can make online payments and access receipts and upcoming dues through the parent app, while Android apps also support teachers and drivers.
Pricing is structured around institute size and mobile access. Basic costs INR 1,200 per institute per month for up to 500 students. Professional costs INR 2,000 per institute per month for up to 1,000 students, and Enterprise costs INR 3,000 per institute per month for up to 10,000 students. All three list a custom domain, finance module and fee management. The separate Mobile Apps Plan costs INR 50 per student per year and adds Android apps for teachers, parents and drivers, fee payments, marksheets, live bus GPS tracking and push notifications. A 3-day free trial is available, while yearly billing is stated to save up to 17%.
Its strongest fit is for schools that need configurable collection workflows rather than a basic payment page. Online payments support UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, net banking and debit or credit cards. Collection dashboards, cashier shifts, bank reconciliation, automated reminders and configurable fine calculations give finance teams useful operational coverage. The product supports web and Android, but autopay is limited and integrations beyond payment methods are narrow. Schools seeking a wider ecosystem or more developed automation should consider an alternative; institutes prioritizing fee flexibility, concessions, receipts and reconciliation are the better match.
