Deep creative workflow control with briefs, approvals, planning, and client workspaces.

Runnit is project-management software for creative agencies and in-house creative teams. It brings briefs, project planning, scheduling, resource and capacity planning, task delivery, budgets, files, client workspaces, approvals, time tracking, reporting, and AI-assisted work into one platform. Its Brief Builder supports guided questions, refinement, file uploads, and voice notes, while project workspaces provide task, Gantt, capacity, brief, files, and history views. It is suited to teams that need more control than a basic task board, especially when client review, staffing, budgets, and creative production must stay connected.
Pricing starts with a Free plan covering projects, boards, tasks, schedules, 500 shared AI credits per month, 1 GB of storage, and up to 20 clients, brands, or departments. Go costs $10 per user per month and adds unlimited projects, 1,000 AI credits per seat monthly, expanded storage, and client workspace logins from five paid seats. Pro costs $25 per user per month and adds Studio pages, forms, widgets, automations, 2,500 AI credits per seat monthly, 10 GB of workspace storage, and 10 more clients per seat. Enterprise costs $33 per user per month and adds a dedicated environment, custom domain, data residency, enforced SSO, 3,000 credits per seat or support for customer AI keys, and contracted storage at TB scale. Annual billing includes two months free.
The strongest fit is a creative operation that needs structured approvals, client access, retained file versions, time tracking, financial project tracking, and workload checks in the same workflow. Integrations include Figma, Google Workspace tools, Slack, Microsoft 365, Miro, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero, Dropbox, GitHub, and Trello. The tradeoff is platform breadth: Runnit is available on the web with an API, but teams seeking wider platform coverage may prefer an alternative. Choose Runnit for deep creative operations control; choose elsewhere if a narrower project workflow or broader ecosystem reach matters more.
