RobinReach is a cloud and mobile social media management platform for creators, businesses, agencies and marketing teams. Its unified composer schedules and auto-publishes Instagram feed posts, Reels, Stories and carousels, while also supporting other social networks. AI caption and image generation, content repurposing, comment-to-DM automation, RSS imports, a link-in-bio page and team workflows make it suitable for small teams coordinating recurring Instagram activity across several channels.

The freemium structure gives smaller operators a low-cost entry point. A free tier is available, and the Seed plan lists two social profiles, one brand, one member and 20 posts per month. Sprout costs $9 per month, or $8.25 per month with annual billing, and adds five profiles, two brands, unlimited posts, 200 AI posts and 20 AI images per month. Bloom is $24 monthly or $16.58 with annual billing, adding 15 profiles, five brands, five members, analytics reports and MCP/API access. Thrive costs $49 monthly or $33.25 annually, with 40 profiles, 15 brands, 15 members, client approvals and unlimited AI posts. Scale is $99 monthly for 200 profiles, unlimited brands and members, white-label reports and a 100 GB media library.

RobinReach fits teams that want broad platform coverage: integrations include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile, WordPress, Canva and Unsplash. Analytics reports can export to PDF or CSV, while approvals and Connect Links support client work on higher tiers. Choose it when Instagram publishing, automation and cross-network reuse matter more than paid media management or competitive intelligence. Teams needing competitor benchmarking, ad management or analytics reports below Bloom should consider another tool. Support is provided through email and documentation, and the seven-day trial requires a card.
