Riqra is a hosted commerce platform for brands, manufacturers and distributors in Latin America. It brings together B2B customer portals, branded D2C storefronts, WhatsApp and store-chat selling, and purchase-order processing. B2B portals can show account-specific catalogs, prices, credit and warehouse stock, while D2C storefronts support desktop and mobile shopping. Shared product, customer, pricing, inventory and order data connect these channels for businesses that need one commerce operation across wholesale and direct sales.
The Full Commerce plan costs US$500 per month and includes ecommerce, AI agents, 0% commission on sales, 500 orders per month, 1,000 conversations per month, three users and three warehouses. AI agents can recommend products, prepare quotes and create orders, while AI processing converts purchase-order documents into structured orders. External payment, logistics and other provider fees are separate. The plan is therefore aimed at businesses with enough B2B and D2C volume to justify a substantial monthly platform cost, rather than smaller sellers seeking a low-cost storefront.
Integration and extensibility are central to Riqra’s offering. Listed connections include SAP Business One, Odoo, Bsale, Kame, Control ERP, TOTVS Protheus, GetPoint, Panal WMS, Check WMS, Parrotfy, Shopify, Culqi, Fintoc, Izipay and Kushki. APIs, webhooks, MCP and CLI tools provide additional ways to connect commerce workflows. Riqra fits organizations that need portals, direct sales, conversational ordering and operational integrations in one system. Businesses needing a lower entry price, higher included usage, more users or more than three warehouses should consider alternatives.
