ReplyIG automates Instagram comment-to-DM replies for creators and small teams that repeatedly send links, lead magnets, discount codes, or similar information. Select posts or Reels, then configure a DM to send when a comment matches keywords or, if preferred, whenever someone comments. It supports Instagram Business and Creator accounts and runs in the cloud through the web. Its focus is deliberately narrow: it handles comment-triggered replies rather than general DM inbox automation or broadcasts.
The free plan includes up to 10 active automations, unlimited automated DMs, unlimited trigger keywords per automation, optional automatic public replies, and an activity feed and analytics. Pro is $25 per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited active automations while retaining unlimited DMs and trigger keywords. The published plans show no trial card requirement, and Pro can be canceled anytime. The plan distinction is chiefly the number of active automations, so a creator with a small set of recurring comment campaigns can start free, while someone managing more campaigns would need Pro.
For day-to-day visibility, ReplyIG provides a 30-day activity log of comment events and daily DM and comment analytics, including estimated time saved. Instagram OAuth connects the account, and the access token refreshes automatically. This fits a straightforward workflow centered on delivering a configured response after a comment, with optional public replies such as directing commenters to check their DMs. Choose ReplyIG if comment-triggered delivery and basic tracking are the goal; look elsewhere if the work requires broader inbox handling, DM broadcasts, or integrations beyond Instagram.
