Rentle was a rental-management platform for businesses offering equipment and other physical products. The vendor states that Rentle was renamed TWICE Commerce as the platform expanded from rentals into resale, and the Rentle domain redirects to TWICE Commerce. Its published capabilities cover online rental bookings, real-time availability, serialized equipment tracking, product catalogs, customer management, order fulfillment, and online stores. It is best suited to online rental stores that need basic maintenance workflows alongside reservations and inventory control.
The pricing structure has four plan levels, with Discover at $29 per month when billed annually or $39 per month when billed monthly. Build costs $69 per month with annual billing or $92 per month with monthly billing. Advance costs $359 per month annually or $479 per month monthly, and Enterprise costs $2,000 per month with annual billing. The platform has no free plan and offers a 3-day free trial. Paid capabilities are organized around business scale, with higher tiers positioned for larger operations and multiple locations. The pricing is most approachable at the Discover level, while Advance and Enterprise represent a substantially larger commitment.
Operationally, TWICE Commerce covers a wide range of rental workflows: calendar views for outgoing and returning equipment, digital contracts and signatures, product bundles and variants, rental pricing rules, barcode scanning for check-ins and returns, and multi-location inventory management. Maintenance scheduling and service history add useful structure for equipment businesses. The platform is available on the web and through an API, but it does not include a mobile app or dispatch board. Choose it when centralized rental commerce and inventory depth matter more than mobile dispatch. Businesses that depend on field teams, route coordination, or a former Rentle-branded product should consider the current TWICE Commerce positioning before adopting it.
