Re:amaze is a customer communication and support platform for online businesses, including ecommerce companies and web-based teams. It brings a shared inbox together with website live chat, email, social media, SMS, voice, video calls, FAQs, automation, visitor activity monitoring, and AI-assisted support. Teams can also use assignments, notes, shared views, workflows, response templates, reporting, mobile apps, and an API. Its strongest fit is an ecommerce operation that wants customer conversations and commerce-related channels in one workspace.

The published monthly plans cover several team structures. Basic costs $29 USD per team member per month and includes unlimited email inboxes, live chat, social media channels, FAQs, workflow automation, and response templates. Pro costs $49 USD per team member per month and adds multiple brands, live visitor views, advanced reporting, SMS and voice channels, and a custom hosted domain. Plus costs $69 USD per team member per month and adds live screensharing, departments, staff performance reporting, staff shifts and vacation days, and custom staff roles. Starter costs $59 USD per month as a flat rate, includes unlimited team members, and allows 500 responded conversations per month. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Platform coverage is a clear strength for teams working across web, iOS, Android, and API connections. Integrations include Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Stamped.io, Stripe, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, X, and Slack. Re:amaze also supports pre-built and custom chatbots, automated Cues campaigns, real-time visitor monitoring, a knowledge base, in-chat video calls, and screensharing. Choose it if you need broad customer communication and commerce integrations; consider another tool if a free plan or a simpler, narrower live-chat setup is the priority.
