Raklet is a membership and community management platform for professional associations, nonprofits, clubs, gyms, alumni networks, content creators, and other organizations. It combines contact management, membership plans, gated pages, community boards, events, directories, email campaigns, payment collection, digital membership cards, and courses. Its website and membership portal builder supports member-only content, while courses can include lessons, quizzes, completion tracking, and certificates. Organizations seeking one system for memberships, events, learning content, and member communications are the clearest fit.

The free plan includes membership management, event management, community engagement, support by email and chat, and 100 contacts. Essentials costs $49 per month with annual billing or $59 monthly, and adds an email designer, event check-ins, more custom fields, the iOS and Android app, and capacity for 500 contacts. Professional costs $99 per month annually or $119 monthly, adding automated reminders, a custom email sender name, multiple bank accounts, native and Zapier integrations, custom CSS, and 1,000 contacts. Premium costs $399 per month annually or $499 monthly, with a custom domain, custom JavaScript, API access, role-based access, single sign-on, and 10,000 contacts. Annual subscriptions include two months free. Transaction fees are charged in addition to payment-gateway fees and vary by plan.

Raklet fits organizations that want a wide operating base rather than a narrow membership database. Integrations include Stripe, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Zoom, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Discourse, Auth0, Salesforce, Xero, Zapier, Make, and others. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support different member and administrator workflows. The main trade-off is plan-based capacity and access: the free tier is small, while branded domains, advanced administration, and API access sit in Premium. Choose Raklet when memberships need to connect with events, courses, community, and communications; choose an alternative if a simpler, more focused tool is preferable.
