QuizLinq is a browser-based live quiz platform for pub quizzes, family game nights, team meetings and events. Hosts can create and control quizzes from a phone, tablet or desktop, while participants join from their phones using a QR code or PIN without installing an app or creating an account. Its question formats include multiple choice, text entry, buzzer, true-or-false and numerical questions, with support for images, audio, video, animated GIFs and YouTube media. Solo hosts, small teams and mid-market groups can use it for structured, game-show-style audience participation.

The pricing model is straightforward. The Free plan costs $0 forever and includes five scoring question types, media support, Live Mode for up to 150 players and quiz host remote control. The Plus Pass costs $4.99 for seven days and raises Live Mode to 250 players while adding Poll and Word Cloud questions, custom themes, reveal effects and reports. Plus Monthly costs $8.99 per month, includes everything in Plus Pass and allows unlimited live events, with cancellation anytime. This makes the seven-day pass practical for occasional events, while the monthly plan fits recurring use.

QuizLinq’s strongest feature set centers on live presentation and participation: leaderboards, a shared Quiz Display, manual point awards, off-screen activities and remote control from another device. Test Mode can rehearse a quiz with up to seven AI players, and reports provide answer analytics. The platform is focused rather than broad, with YouTube as its listed integration and web as its only platform. Choose QuizLinq for accessible, media-rich quizzes and lightweight polling; choose an alternative if live Q&A, slide integrations or broader platform coverage are essential.
