Quipli review
A broad equipment-rental system for locations that need storefront, dispatch, and service workflows.

Quipli is cloud-based equipment rental software for independent and regional rental companies. It brings together an online storefront, customer portal, reservations, booking calendars, unit-level and bulk inventory tracking, checkout, billing, payments, reporting, service, repair, dispatch, and maintenance scheduling. Its focus suits heavy construction equipment and general tool rental businesses, including established companies operating across multiple locations. Customers can browse and reserve equipment online, while operators can assign units, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and monitor equipment locations.
Pricing is organized by location rather than user. Core costs $6,000 per location per year with annual billing and includes the storefront, portal, booking and scheduling, inventory, orders and checkout, service and dispatch, payments and reporting, plus QuickBooks sync. Plus costs $10,000 per location per year and adds contractor and job-site prospecting, a voice AI receptionist, website chat, intelligent insights, and equipment rental CRM. There is no free plan. The gap between tiers makes Plus more relevant to rental businesses that want prospecting and customer-response features, while Core covers the main operational workflow.
Quipli’s breadth is its main strength, spanning the rental journey from online discovery through reservation, fulfillment, payment, repair, and return-related operations. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, Stripe, TaxJar, Google Maps, HAPN, IDScan, Rouse, Specialty Equipment Insurance Services, and TydeCo. GPS tracking, a visual dispatch board with driver assignment, and QR-code contactless checkout extend the workflow beyond basic scheduling. The trade-off is platform fit: Quipli is web-only and does not provide a native mobile app. Businesses needing a wide storefront-and-dispatch system may find the coverage appropriate; smaller operations seeking a lower-cost scheduling tool or a mobile-app-centered product may prefer a narrower alternative.
