Qlarr is an open-source survey and research platform for individual researchers, research teams, fieldwork organizations, and academic institutions. Its no-code editor supports branching, skip logic, piping, quotas, validation rules, matrix questions, rankings, sliders, open text, and file uploads. Surveys can be distributed through web links, panels, embeds, or a field app, making Qlarr suited to both structured research and field collection.
Pricing covers several operating models. The Open Source plan supports self-hosted deployment, unlimited responses, and white-labeling, with no AI included. The Free plan provides core features for individuals, basic support, and a Qlarr watermark. Solo costs $29 per month and adds unlimited responses, five AI surveys per month, and priority email support. Team costs $129 per month and adds 30 AI surveys per month, priority support and onboarding, and removal of the watermark. Enterprise costs $599 per month and adds private cloud deployment, custom AI, white-labeling, dedicated support, and an SLA.
Qlarr’s strongest distinction is its fieldwork orientation. Online, offline, and hybrid collection can be combined with GPS, timestamps, background audio verification, response validation, data-quality filters, exports, and API access. The platform is available on the web and Android, with self-hosted and API options; its listed integration is panel integration. Choose Qlarr when offline collection, open-source deployment, or research-quality controls matter. Teams seeking a narrower survey tool with fewer fieldwork and deployment requirements may find this broader feature set unnecessary.
