QBank DAM review
A structured DAM for multi-brand teams that need controlled content operations.

QBank DAM is a cloud-based digital asset management platform for enterprise organizations managing content across teams, markets, systems and channels. It centralizes images, video, documents, audio and other digital files with structured metadata, taxonomy, tagging, permissions, approvals, version history and workflow automation. Role-, market- and brand-based access controls make it suited to complex, multi-brand or multi-market operations, while branded portals support distribution to external partners and internal teams. The web platform also provides API access for connected content environments.
Pricing is organized into four plan areas. Core provides the central QBank platform, with pricing shaped by users and storage. Extend adds capabilities such as archiving, consent management, QMO, branded portals and AI. Connect covers ready-made connectors, custom integrations and open APIs. Credits provide usage-based access to selected high-usage services, with a small package included in Core. Pricing is quote-based, and implementation fees apply; the setup is based on users, storage, capabilities, integrations and usage. This structure suits organizations that need a tailored deployment, but makes direct budget comparison harder than with a fixed-price DAM.
The platform’s main strength is governance around a broad content library. Structured metadata, AI-assisted tagging and metadata generation, approval workflows, routing, audit trails and version history address the control requirements of distributed brand teams. Its integration list includes Umbraco, Adobe InDesign, Optimizely, inriver, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office 365, Drupal, Storyblok, Sitecore, WordPress, SAP and SharePoint. Organizations seeking a narrowly focused, low-complexity asset library may find the plan structure and implementation process disproportionate; QBank DAM is better suited to teams that need controlled access, structured content operations and integration across multiple systems.
