PulseCast review
A focused cloud streamer for continuous prerecorded video on one destination.

PulseCast is a web-based cloud service for broadcasting uploaded MP4 videos on a continuous loop. It is designed for creators, broadcasters, and businesses that need a prerecorded stream to run 24/7 without leaving a computer or OBS running. Users upload a video, provide an RTMP URL and stream key, and let PulseCast stream from its servers to one configured destination, including YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook, or a custom RTMP endpoint.
The published plans show a Free option with 48-hour access, 720p streaming, one channel, and a PulseCast.tv watermark. The Starter plan costs $19 per month and adds one channel streaming 24/7, automatic restart, and any RTMP destination. Pro costs $29 per month and provides three channels streaming 24/7, up to 1080p, automatic restart, and priority upload processing. Video conversion on upload supports a simpler workflow, while the two paid tiers provide automatic restart after interruptions. The Free offering is a short trial rather than a permanent free plan.
PulseCast’s focus is narrow: automated looping of prerecorded video rather than broad live production. It does not support multistreaming, so sending one stream to several destinations at once is not part of the product’s scope. Its platform is web-only, and it has no integrations. Encrypted stream keys and masked keys in logs support a more careful handling of stream credentials. Choose PulseCast if continuous single-destination playback, server hosting, and straightforward MP4 looping are the priority. Choose an alternative if you need multistreaming, integrations, or a wider live production toolkit.
